Acceptance of Policies

By booking an appointment with The Aesthetic Lounge LLC, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by our Service and Cancellation Policies outlined below. You authorize The Aesthetic Lounge LLC to collect a non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment.

Service & Cancellation Policy

At The Aesthetic Lounge Medspa, our clients’ time and satisfaction are extremely important to us. Certain services require extended appointment times; therefore, we kindly ask that you select only the services you intend to receive at the time of booking.

Deposits

  • A $25–$100 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
  • Once the deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed via SMS.
  • The deposit will be applied toward your service balance at checkout.
  • All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill, and we appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, just as we respect yours.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
  • Missed appointments or no-shows will be subject to a $50 fee.
  • Clients who no-show or repeatedly miss appointments will be required to place a 50% deposit to schedule future services.

Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
  • If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • If your late arrival prevents us from completing your service within the scheduled time, you may be required to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show and subject to a 50% deposit requirement for future bookings.

Right to Refuse Service

The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. The Aesthetic Lounge LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may pose a health or safety risk. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, contagious conditions, fever, or inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. Thank you for your understanding.

No Refund Policy

All services and products are final sale and non-refundable.
